At Atelier Business Center, we strive to provide exceptional services to all our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
  • The service was not delivered as agreed due to an error on our part.

  • A cancellation request was made within the specified period, as outlined in the service agreement.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official contact email within 7 days of the issue occurring.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:
  • Virtual Office and Serviced Office subscriptions after service activation.

  • PRO & Admin Services once paperwork processing has begun.

  • Meeting Room or Event space bookings that are canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Any customized or personalized services.

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Cancellation Policy
